The General Meeting gave all the members of the Management Board and of the Supervisory Board of the Refinery, the acknowledgement of fulfilment of their duties in the turnover year 2008.

On Friday, 29th May, 2009, Jedlicze Petroleum Refinery hosted a meeting, convened on the initiative of Ms Elżbieta Łukacijewska, an MP of our district, of the CEOs of the oil sector companies of the Podkarpackie with the Minister of the State Treasury.

On 28th May, 2009 the Supervisory Board appointed the members of the Company’s Management Board for the next (6th) term of office.

Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze SA was granted a title of “Firma Dobrze Widziana” (a Welcome Firm) for the best company image with reference to social responsibility of business in the Podkarpackie Province.

On 31st December, 2008, the Court entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs the merger of the following companies: Rafineria Nafty JEDLICZE SA and RAF-ENERGIA Sp. z o.o.

On 29th December, 2008 the Extraordinary General Meeting of Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze SA adopted a resolution regarding the disposal of the assets connected with the operations of RAF-EKOLOGIA Sp. z o.o. based in Jedlicze.

On 29th December, 2008, an Extraordinar General Meeting of Shareholders of Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze SA (a Joint-Stock Company) was held at the headquarters of the Company.
