The Quality Management System and the Quality Policy, both of them implemented and functioning, express our concern about the quality of our products to match up our Customers’ expectations.

The Quality Policy adopted in March 2009 by the Management Board of Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze S.A. specifies the main directions of activities and the manner of their implementation with the aim of continuous improvement of the Customers trust in the Company as a reliable manufacturer of prime quality fuels, basestocks and solvents.

Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze S.A., as a trustworthy supplier, produces and markets its prime quality products and strives for continuous improvement thereof.

The quality policy is consistently and effectively implemented through the quality system functioning for years, which – for the first time – was attested by Certificate awarded by the Polish Centre for Testing and Certification in Warsaw in 1997.

The quality system has been improved throughout the following years and the consecutive audits by the certifying body confirmed the system development and the increase of commitment of the staff to the quality concerns.

In the period of restructuring many changes were introduced in the Company functioning and several companies were set up to carry out important processes covered by the quality system whose requirements were also changed as a result of issuing a new standard.

Nowadays, after several re-certification procedures, we can be proud of the quality certificate which confirms our compliance with the requirements of the new EN ISO 9001:2008 standard and functioning of the Quality Management System both in the core business of Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze S.A. and the operations conducted by the companies of our capital group.

Quality Certificate No PL9000199/P was awarded on 29th June, 2009 by a decision of the Bureau Veritas Certification Polska auditors and its expiry date is 29th June, 20012.

According to the EN ISO 9001:2008 requirements, the necessary processes were identified, their interrelations were determined as well as the criteria and methods of the effective run of the processes and their supervision. On the basis of the information resources coming from monitoring, measurement and analyzing the processes, continuous actions are implemented, necessary to attain planned results and to improve the processes. It allows the processes to be managed in such a way that the products obtained in them will increase the Customer’s satisfaction and the reliability of the Company among its business partners, and – as a result – the products will strengthen our position as a producer on the market of prime quality fuels, basestocks, solvents and other-purpose oil-related products.
