Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze S.A. has a site of 9 hectares and 27 ares area, intended for industrial development, located on the refinery land, on the territory of Jedlicze municipality, the district of Krosno in the Podkarpackie province. The area is one undivided lot, situated to the south-east of the refinery facilities.

The access to the aforementioned area is from national road No 28, Wadowice - Nowy Sącz – Przemyśl, via district road 1847R and the streets Rejtana, Trzecieskiego and Sikorskiego.

The area is developed and comprises the following facilities:

• office development, of usable area of 859 m² located at the site fencing. It is a detached, two-storeyed building, with partial basement having 32 office rooms, with an 18.3 m², extension on the west side, now used by the site security and to service the gate. The building has water supply, sewerage, electrical, lightning-arresting and fire protection systems. There is a 3050 m² tarmac-covered car park in front of the building,
• durable fencing made of concrete slabs with lighting,
• railway running outside the lot, connected via siding (railway group A) with the Jasło - Zagórz route railway,
• internal roads made of concrete slabs for construction site purposes,
• storage facilities for construction-site purposes consisting of steel shelters and concrete slabs-covered yards,
• underground industrial and general-purpose water supply pipelines system and the access to the potable water supply system available,
  
• general-purpose sewerage system connected to the Jedlicze Refinery waste water treatment plant, capable of taking the waste water from new industrial facilities in the volume of 6000 m³/day with the possibility of the increase of the waste water treatment plant capacity to 14400 m³/day,
• fire hydrant system,
• telephone network directly connected to an automatic Alcatel exchange with versatile operating functions,
  
• a 2227 m² storage building comprising 3 sections:
  - a 1260 m² storage room with a 360 m² extension alongside the building, a 3-storeyed, 607 m² front extension. There is a 50 kN (5 Mg overhead travelling crane inside the storage building). The alongside and front extensions are developed in 60%.
  - a 417 m² storage facility with approach bank/loading platform. One-bay hall of 12 m span with a utility room (locker room and canteen for employees) of 37 m² and a storage room of 380 m², with a 140 m² loading bay/platform

The process-designed energy carriers and other media may be connected from Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze S.A., including:

• heat energy of 12 MW, as 1.2 MPa steam or 0.3 Mpa steam, after a connecting line 1200 m long is built over an existing trestle bridge,
• electricity of 1800 kW and voltage of 6kV; after transformers are replaced there is a possibility of power supply of 0.4 kV voltage and power output of 1800 kW. If higher power supply turns out necessary, there is a possibility of obtaining up to 4 MW after a 6 kV cable line 1200 m long is installed on the existing trestle bridge,
• industrial water supply of 320 m³/h output from the existing system located on the offered premises/area,
• potable water supply of 30 m³/h output,
• natural gas of 0.8 MPa pressure and the throughput of 4000 m³/h. The supply of the foregoing facilities with the aforesaid volumes of natural gas requires building of a gas pipeline 2000 m, crossing the RNJ S.A. site. If there is a higher demand for natural gas, a connection can be installed to the natural gas transfer pipeline of the Karpacki Zakład Gazowniczy (Karpacki Gas Suppliers) in Tarnów.
• compressed air from existing compressors house in the amount up to 2000 Nm³/h,
• nitrogen with up to 2% of O₂ admixed, in the amount of 100 Nm³/h,

Besides there are specialized services available, rendered by the organizations based on the Jedlicze Refinery premises and especially those with Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze S.A. shareholding, such as:

1. RAF-BIT Sp. z o.o. (Ltd) - IT services.
2. RAF-KOLTRANS Sp. z o.o. (Ltd) - rail transport.
3. RAF-Służba Ratownicza Sp. z o.o. (Ltd) - fire protection, rescue services at chemical accidents, emergency situations management/liquidation.

Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze S.A. can let the industrial development area for use by interested investors via:

• lease contract for the premises with the existing industrial/office development,
• sale contract, in the form of the perpetual usufruct of the lots and the title of ownership and the components of the existing fixed assets,
• capital joint venture as long as it is in compliance with the Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze S.A. development programme.
